- Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are scheduled only on Friday and Saturday. You must call to book a date and time. Delivery schedules are always booked, so if you expect to have your products at a certain date. Please call Absolute and let them know so that they can arrange to have your order delivered at your expected date/time. Otherwise, you have to wait for the next available date.
Delivery quotes are based on the size of the item(s), the manpower/equipment needed, and the location of where the item(s) is to be placed. It is also important to note that if there are obstacles along the way such as steps or hills there will be an additional fee. Most of our products average to be a few hundred pounds, but some pieces weigh up to 1,000lbs if not more. It is our policy that we ask you specific questions such as, "From where our delivery truck is parked will there be any steps or hills to where the item is going to be placed?" It is important that you (the customer) provide us with the answers we need truthfully. We will not risk our employees to possible injuries due to customers failure to disclose the necessary information for us to properly equip or prepare ourselves to deliver your item(s) to your location. For each step or obstacle not disclosed during the time of the delivery quote, an additional $5.00 per step or the appropriate amount for the delivery job will be accessed accordingly. If the customer refuse to pay the adjusted appropriate amount. Then we will refund you the delivery fees you paid originally. Your item(s) will be available to be picked-up at our premises Monday -Saturday before 4pm.
Delivery and setup includes the delivery of your purchased items and the placement of each item to your specification. We do not do any electrical work and we do not do any labor such as digging. We only provide placement of items and setup of fountains. Before delivery, we asked that you (the customer) have your site already prepared for the fountain placement such as electrical and ground preparation. We cannot wait during the scheduled time of delivery for you to install the electrical or prep the ground. It must be done before your scheduled time of delivery. - Pickup Policy
- Pick-up is available Monday - Saturday between 11 - 4pm. Please bring your receipt or a photo ID. If you are not the original purchaser and are arranging for someone else to pick-up your items. You must call us to let us know who is picking it up and the expected date or time. Please note that if you are not the original purchaser and if we don't have any record that you are the authorized person to pick-up the item(s), then the item(s) may not leave Absolute's premises until authorized by the original purchaser.
Item(s) leaving Absolute premises are inspected thoroughly for any flaws. We take pride in our products and make sure our customers are satisfied before the item(s) leave the premises. We will not be responsible for customer's carelessness once the item(s) have left Absolute's premises. We ask that you handle your purchased item(s) carefully when unloading from your vehicle. - ShippingPolicy
- Shipping rates are based on delivery within the contiguous United States.
Shipping for heavy item(s) such as concrete and or stone statuary/fountains are available.
Please contact us with the item(s) you want shipped and we will calculate the costs and email them to you for your approval prior to shipment. - Privacy & Security

Even within our own company, nobody has access to any customer's financial data.
It is not possible for us to see it.
General customer information is accessed only by our most top level, most trusted customer service specialists and ONLY when absolutely necessary, such as contacting a customer about their order.
On occasion, we do our own e-mailings to our customer base to inform them of new and exciting offerings. When ever you want to opt out of those email offerings, you can do so, and we will respect that. It is never our intent to bother our customers with excess emails, and we certainly do not engage in any spam activities. - Returns & Replacements
- All sales are final. No cash or credit card refunds. Only store credit and exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase.
